Carnilite – A fat burner supplement formulated with L- Carnitine L-Tartrate composition. L-Carnitine L -Tartrate – 735 mg
(Equivaent to L-Carnitine monohydrate-340 mg)

Other Ingredients: L-Carnitine L –Tartrate, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate [341], Microcrystalline Cllulose [460(i)], Talc [553(iii)], Silicon dioxide [551], Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose [464].

Suggested Use

Adults: one capsule per day or as directed by the fitness professional or healthcare practitioner.

1. When to take carnilite?

you should take your carnilite supplement with a reasonable amount of fast-acting carbohydrates (e.g. 60g of dextrose or maltodextrin).

Whilst there is some evidence to suggest L-carnitine can take effect approximately 30-45 minutes after consumption, the “before or after workout” dilemma ultimately doesn’t seem to be the most important factor when considering L-carnitine supplementation. Rather, take it daily for some weeks and you should be able to see some solid results.
