COENZYME Q10; An Antioxidant Naturally Found In Our Body.

Coenzyme Q10, an antioxidant naturally found in our bodies, is involved in energy production in every cell. Strong evidence supports supplement use for congestive heart failure; it is also used for high blood pressure, heart attack recovery, mitral valve prolapse, cardiomyopathy, gum disease, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and migraine headache. Level of Coenzyme Q10  may be depleted by stain drugs, beta-blockers, and antidepressants. Deficiency  of Coenzyme Q10 causes fatigue, gum disease, heart problems, and increased risk of infections.
